The house is four years old, with spacious garden and parking area in front. Despite its location next to Kumily-Munnar road, the house inspires serene atmosphere with different kinds of plantation around the house. The family stays on the ground floor whereas the guest accommodation is provided for on the first floor of the house. There are four double bedded rooms with attached bathrooms. The rooms are clean, neatly furbished and give a comfortable home-like feel because of use of pastel and floral colours used in the décor of the room.
