Cedar Hill Lodge is located 4 kms from Shimla in Chharabra and is perched at a height of 8,200 feet above sea level. The homestay is cloaked by the protected cedar forests where leopards are spotted commonly at night. The homestay's location offers lovely scenery to guests, and it's free from rampant development because this area has many VIP buildings like the President's Retreat and Punjab House.

The homestay has 3 deluxe guest rooms, 1 with an attached single bed. There are plenty of outdoor seating areas and a personal dining room. The homestay has access to the popular neighbourhood restaurant from where food can be delivered for guests.
In Chharabra, one can enjoy nature walks and hikes to learn about the region from Rishabh. Guests can choose from three hiking trails, which range from 45 mins to 7 hours.
