Wonderful experience - the second time
This is my second stay at Arco Iris and it has been very wondrerful. The new addition to the household "Feni" is such a darling and I loved it that I stayed at my favorite room. I only wished I had more time here.

A must see if in Goa, would highly recommend
This was the best homestay in south India. The location was very serene. The owners were extremely hospitable, they gave us great information about the local area and beyond. The house both inside and out is an array of delightful colours with the view of a lovely lake from the house. A short walk to the bus stop that brings you into Margoa very cheaply. We really enjoyed Beni and her mothers company and stories and the children had exceptional manners. The food was absolutely delicious. We loved the whole experience of staying at Arco iris.

A memorable, relaxing and lovely holiday in Goa
We had the most memorable holiday in Goa at Arco Iris. A home where the physical comforts matched the lovely family. The most amazing home - interiors and outdoors, tastefully done up, spacious and with lush green surroundings overlooking a lake. The village is lovely. One can visit the old churches, heritage houses or just walk around, relax with a book (plenty stocked in the home), identify the bountiful birds and just savour the sounds and sights of actual Goan life. The physical surroundings is complemented by the friendly family - Bennita, Ganesh and their two adorable daughters Trusha and Trikaya. We were fortunate to also meet up with Beni's equally friendly parents. I highly recommend this place for those who wish to experience the real Goa far removed from the boistrous beach scenes, although the beaches are not too far away from the place. For those who are comfortable staying in a lovely home with the friendly owners, this is a must visit.
