Mrs. Achamma Ninan and her daughter-in-law Tess will spice up one's stay with a sumptuous spread of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes that are flavoured with herbs from their garden. Syrian Christian cooking is the forte of the Ninans- some of the recipes have been passed down to them over the generations. Homemade pickles, cakes and cookies are also available here on request. And not to forget are the endless cups of freshly grounded coffee which a guest can enjoy.
