Your hosts T.P Mathew and his wife Mary are a well educated and a widely-traveled couple. They returned to their home town of Cochin after a long stint in the Middle East. The double-storied bungalow that they built for themselves here is in the midst of the city, yet far away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
No one is more important to the hosts than their guests while they are here. The family is delighted to have Guests staying with them and goes a great length to ensure that one has a comfortable stay at their place. While Mary dishes out the traditional cuisine of Kerala- both vegetarian and non-vegetarian for breakfast, Mr. T.P Mathew just loves to pamper his guests.
The soft- spoken T.P Mathew too seems to have been bitten by the bug- the gardening bug! It is no wonder then that mango, banana, coconut and guava are grown in the gardens of their sprawling bungalow.
