Jain Niwas

Jain Niwas is a welcoming two-storey home in the heart of South Delhi, the dynamic and affluent area of the national capital. The home is mere minutes away from famous tourist attractions like Qutab Minar, Ahmisa Sthal and Lodhi Gardens, while popular shopping haunts and nightlife destinations are no more than a short drive away.

The home is lovingly maintained by Mr. Subhash Jain and his wife Mrs. Veena Jain with the support of a small and efficient staff. Mr. Jain is an enthusiastic and active member of society who has worked closely with many prestigious airlines and hotels for several years. His family is a prominent presence in Punjab's diamond jewelry industry and has been in the business for almost 140 years. His wife, Veena, is a jewelry designer and an integral part of this illustrious family business. Together, they strive to provide their guests with a friendly and informal environment, offering to go out of their way to meet their special needs, while making their stay comfortable as well as memorable.

The home has three guest bedrooms, with two suites and one standard twin-bed room. Unlike other bed and breakfasts, all the rooms in Jain Niwas have a television and a personal refrigerator. The Jains take a lot of pride in their home and ensure that all the rooms are maintained impeccably by an efficient staff that provides daily housekeeping services. Every morning, the guests are served freshly prepared, vegetarian delicacies, which can be enjoyed in the common lounge or the spacious terrace. The latter is an excellent place to bask in the summer sun or kick back during the evening. When it comes to providing their guests with a home away from home, the Jains are an experienced couple with an open mind and a heart to match.
